Route Selection

Cross-border routes, chosen for your destination

View all routes →

VPNHN covers 110+ countries with 170+ routes. When choosing a route, start by checking which regions support the service you need, then compare connection performance there. A nearby location can be a useful starting point, but it's not the only factor: your ISP's routing, the destination website's network, and conditions at the time can all affect performance. Work sites and streaming have different needs, so you may not need to use the same route for both.

The table below shows examples of popular routes featured above. Check the user panel for available cities and current nodes. IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct describe route types, not guaranteed access to any platform. For streaming, also check the catalog, account region, and platform notices. For document collaboration, pay attention to page interactions, uploads, and syncing rather than just whether the homepage loads.

Comparing route types

IEPL dedicated routes are an option when you need a dedicated line; relayed routes use an intermediate node to connect cross-border routes; direct routes use a direct path. These labels describe connection methods, and actual performance should be tested on your network. When switching routes, change just one factor at a time: compare paths in the same region first, then adjust the region to match the destination service. This makes it easier to identify what affects performance.

If only one app is having trouble, check whether it uses the system proxy, needs separate settings, and is currently in global or split-tunneling mode. If all destinations are affected, check your local connection and subscription status. Don't assume every issue is caused by the route: the platform may be under maintenance, your account may lack access, or the app may need different settings. Keep a record of the exact notice and submit a ticket for more effective troubleshooting.

VPN Downloads & Client Setup

View the Getting Started Guide →

VPNHN supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients and subscriptions from the user panel: sign in, open the downloads section, and check what's available for your platform and account permissions. Then follow the guide to install the client, grant permissions, and import your subscription. This page explains the process; the user panel shows the clients and subscription details available to you. No email required: create an account with a username and password, and keep your account details safe before setup.

A subscription link gives your client access to route configurations; it's not an ordinary web address. Copy the full link when importing it, without extra spaces or missing characters at the end. Once imported, update the configuration and connect to a route. If you've shared the link in a group chat, screenshot, or document, secure the credential through the user panel instead of sharing the same link further. If import fails, note the app's message and report it via a panel ticket. Never post a full subscription link on a public page.

macOS

Grant network permissions when prompted by your system.

Android

Import the configuration and approve the connection.

Get the client

Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription; client availability depends on your panel permissions.

Test your connection before making it part of your routine

On a computer, open an international website you use regularly and make sure both the page and its features work as expected. Then check whether your work apps use the system proxy. On mobile devices, check the connection after switching networks and confirm in the client that the route is still active. Global and split-tunneling modes suit different scenarios: global mode is useful for checking the connection as a whole, while split tunneling lets you route apps by rule. Follow your client's guide, and avoid changing several settings at once before testing.

Unlimited devices means there is no device-slot limit, but usage still counts toward your plan's data allowance. Background updates, cloud storage sync, and video playback on home devices can all use data. After setup, check usage in the panel to see if you need to adjust how you use the service. If you have several devices, keep a setup note without passwords or subscription links; record only the platform, mode, and usual region to make future troubleshooting easier.

Monthly Plans & Data Packs

Choose a plan based on your typical usage

View all plans →

Monthly plans suit ongoing cross-border connectivity, with data resetting monthly on your activation date. Start with your everyday needs: text searches and occasional access use data differently from extended video streaming or work-file syncing. Data allowance is not a speed metric. A higher data tier gives you more usage capacity, not a promise of faster loading on every website.

If you're unsure how much data you need, consider the apps you use and your usage history in the panel rather than choosing based only on device count. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check your order and account status in the panel. Every tier supports unlimited devices and includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

For occasional use, compare data packs

Data packs stay valid until used, with no expiration: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. If you only need access while traveling, for a specific project, or for occasional streaming, a data pack may fit these intermittent needs better. Unlike a monthly plan, its data isn't reissued each month.

To compare the two options, consider whether you'll use the service continuously and how consistent your monthly usage is, then check prices and terms on the full plans page. No expiration doesn't mean your data won't be used; actual device traffic still counts toward your allowance. Payments, orders, and plan delivery are handled in the user panel. For refund or billing questions, read the Terms of Service first, then include your order details in a support ticket.

Understand your needs and what the service covers

VPNHN brings coverage, multi-device use, payment options, and refund terms together in one workflow: review routes and plans, get the client and subscription from the panel, then test the connection on your own network. Beyond comparing prices, check that your devices can be configured, the platforms you need align with their regional policies, and the data cycle fits your routine. You can verify each of these through hands-on use.

Cross-border connectivity and third-party platform accounts are separate parts of the experience. Streaming catalogs vary by region, and AI tools may change where they're available. Bank-grade encryption protects data in transit; it doesn't replace security measures provided by a website or account. Keeping these distinctions in mind makes it easier to find the right solution when a notice appears. For AI use cases, see our ChatGPT connection guide. For streaming, start with our streaming access guide and streaming guide.
