Service Scope

VPNHN provides international route subscriptions, along with subscription access and client configuration options. Coverage includes 110+ countries and 170+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The routes available, connection methods, and client delivery options shown in the user panel are the current source of information.

This service is designed to optimize international access routes. It does not provide accounts, membership benefits, or content licenses for third-party websites. When accessing international websites or using third-party apps, you must still comply with their regional, account, payment, and usage policies. Route coverage does not guarantee that content on a given platform will be available.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription links secure. Do not publish them, forward them, or let others manage them. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly, then manage your subscription credentials or submit a support ticket through the panel.

The service supports an unlimited number of devices online at the same time for the account holder's use on devices they manage. This does not permit reselling subscriptions, renting out accounts, publicly sharing routes, or connecting a subscription to a commercial distribution service for others.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. Price differences for mid-cycle upgrades are prorated across the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the plan type, price, and data allowance before confirming an order. See plan pricing for available tiers. Clients and subscriptions are accessed after login, subject to the permissions shown in the panel.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and any regions relevant to your use of the service, as well as the rules of the platforms you access. Do not use this service for unlawful purposes, including network attacks, fraud, privacy violations, unauthorized system access, distributing unlawful content, or infringing intellectual property rights.

Respect other users and network resources. Do not interfere with the service through automated requests, malicious traffic, or other abusive conduct. You are responsible for content you publish, requests you make, and transactions with third parties. This service does not replace any authorization or license required by the relevant platform.

Availability and Limitation of Responsibility

Connection quality depends on your local network, carrier routing, device configuration, the status of the destination service, and third-party policies. Maintenance, route adjustments, or upstream network failures may cause temporary interruptions. VPNHN will investigate and make adjustments as appropriate, and will share relevant updates through site or panel announcements.

The service does not guarantee a fixed connection speed, uninterrupted availability, or continuous access to any particular third-party platform. If an issue occurs, keep the error details and submit a support ticket. Responsibility will be determined based on the cause of the issue and applicable law. These terms do not exclude any liability that must be assumed by law or limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Payments and Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. To request a refund, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal, including order information that can help us verify the purchase. This refund commitment does not require you to provide a reason or complete troubleshooting.

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. After receiving a refund request, we will verify the order and payment details and explain the process through the support ticket. Do not share payment credentials, passwords, or subscription links on public pages. Discuss account and order issues through a ticket after logging in.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If there is unlawful use, subscription resale or sharing, network attacks, or another serious violation of these terms, VPNHN may suspend access or terminate the account depending on the risk. If temporary restrictions are imposed due to a security risk, you may provide an explanation through a support ticket and request a review. Suspension or termination does not remove any refund or other obligations required by law.

If service rules change, this page will be updated and important changes will be announced on the site or in the panel, with the update date and applicable arrangements stated. Changes to these terms will not retroactively diminish the legal rights associated with orders already in effect. If you disagree with a change, contact us through a support ticket to discuss next steps. Matters not expressly addressed here are subject to applicable law.
